Join the Newport Symphony Orchestra for “Valentine’s Enchantment and Beautiful Inner Harmony,” a special intimate get together streaming on Zoom at 7 pm this Valentine’s Day, Sunday, Feb. 14.

Starting with a pre-recorded concert by the NSO Vancouver String Trio, the evening will include a chance for audience members to interact with Music Director Adam Flatt and the musicians that performed, Alistair Kok, Julie Asparro and Erik Nils Velasquez.

Enjoy the “Viola da Gamba Sonata in G Major,” by Bach, “String Trio in G Major, Op. 9, No. 1,” by Beethoven, the “Serenade Trio” by Dohnányi and even a special Valentine's Day piece.

“There is much to love in this concert, including the pairing of two Romantic masterpieces of chamber music by Beethoven and Dohnányi,” Flatt said. “When these three dynamic performers bring this wonderful music to life, I know that it will touch all of our hearts.”

Everyone attending will experience the production of wonderful music and in-person conversations.

“We are so excited to present this program for your listening and viewing pleasure,” Kok said, “and to serenade you this Valentine's Day.”

Tickets are $25 per program link. For more information about the event and how to register, go to www.newportsymphony.org.
