The Chinook Winds Golf Resort in Lincoln City has announced a new Flexible League for spring and summer play starting Sunday, May 2.

The League is open to golfers of all skill levels with incentives to better their handicap and get out on the course with other league players. The format is simple, easy to understand and includes discounts and weekly prizes.

Points are earned through the Stableford format according to each player’s handicap.

A discount card is available for purchase now through May 20.

“We are excited to provide a league for all levels of play,” said Director of Hotel and Golf Lee Johnson. “encouraging improvement in individual skills and the chance to win prizes just for playing the sport.”

Participants in the flexible league will be scored off NET scores weekly, updated on the league page every Saturday. The previous week’s prizes will be available Sunday morning. Players have the option to play multiple times a week to post their lowest score to the league page.

The cost is $75, which includes GHIN registry, discounted green fees, free medium range bucket daily, discount food purchases at Aces Sports Bar & Grill, one free junior green fee with a paid adult, additional booking window of up to five weeks in advance and weekly and season long prizes. The fee for players who already have a GHIN is $40.
