They will perform the “Meditation from Thais” by Jules Massenet, “Divertimento in C Major” by Mozart and the “Capriol Suite” by Peter Warlock.

The Oregon Coast Youth Symphony Festival presents three major events each year, including an annual four-day April Festival for high school orchestras and a Composers’ Symposium for middle school and high school students.

The concert begins at 2 pm at Atonement Lutheran Church, located at 2315 N Hwy. 101 in Newport. The concert is free but donations will be accepted. For more information, go to youthsymphonyfestival.org.
