Go the eggs-tra mile this Easter

In my family, it has been a tradition for as long as I can remember to start the month saying “Rabbit, rabbit, rabbit.” Forget, and your month shall be beset with misery. Remember, and your good luck is essentially guaranteed.
I have absolutely no idea from where this practice originated, but I do have a handle on a more widespread tradition around bunnies. They lay eggs. Or do they? Apparently I don’t have such a great handle on it after all. Regardless, the Easter holiday is now second only to Halloween for candy sales, and the tradition of hunting for eggs, true eggs dyed bright colors or their plastic pretenders, and posing with bipedal bunnies is a childhood favorite.
Below is a list of Central Coast events where the rabbit, and the eggs, are in full fettle.
