Meet your vocal heroes
Get an extra sweet serving of holiday cheer with the Oregon Coast Chapter of Sweet Adelines, International at the Newport 60+ Activity Center this Sunday, Dec. 10.
During “Carols, Cookies and Cocoa,” the Sweet Adelines will be joined by two local quartets from the Coastal-Aires: In Progress and What Four.
"This chorus has taken in new members who along with the regulars have worked hard to make this season bright with their voices,” Director Mary Mamer said. “I'm happy with the collaboration of the quartets from the Coastal-Aires and that together we will bring a celebration to the community."
While there is no charge for the event, donations of food and money for Food Share will be accepted.
