The best of the fest

There will be wall-to-wall vendors at the Autumn Fest Art Show, hosted by the Newport Recreation Center on Saturday, Nov 13.

With a mix of new and returning vendors, there will be plenty of potential presents to find in the nearly 50 booths. 

“We have a sold-out show!” Recreation Program Specialist Jenni Remillard said. “We weren’t sure how it would go after having to cancel last year, but people are ready to come back.”

The show features mostly local artisans with handmade and originally created photography, paintings, jewelry, ceramics, woodworking, quilts, floral arrangements, decorative signs and more.

The event will also have a free Kids Corner available, so kids can play while the parents peruse. There will also be a free vaccination clinic offered by Lincoln County Public Health.
